Notung reads the orders that arrive by email or as PDFs, checks them against your price lists and stock and pre-enters each one. An order with no discrepancy is validated automatically; an order with a discrepancy is passed to your team for validation. Each is then written to your systems.
In Notung’s orders screen, the open orders arrive with the share delivered on time and the share entered by the intake agent, then the orders received this morning. The agent reads each one: the order from Granges & Cie matches its prices and is entered on its own, a quote is prepared for Atelier Gaspard, and the order from Brasserie du Faubourg waits because one line has no price. Sales administration opens it, finds the price the agent took from the customer’s quote, and validates the order.
