FAQ
Doesn’t Notung duplicate our ERP?
No. Each piece of data is entered once: Notung reads what your ERP already holds. For each piece of data that Notung and an existing system both hold, a single system is the reference.
Do we need an IT team?
No. You need a business lead, access to or exports from your systems, and sign-off on the imported data. Notung handles the connections and the configuration.
Which software does Notung connect to? What if ours isn’t listed?
Notung connects to leading management, commerce and logistics software (Sage, Cegid, Divalto, Odoo…) and imports your Excel files. A connector that doesn’t exist yet is built during implementation.
Our data isn’t perfect: is that a problem?
No. Notung imports your files and systems, then automatically assesses the quality of your data. The necessary processing is done in Notung. Cleaning up your source systems remains your responsibility.
Does our data remain ours? Can we export it?
Your data remains yours. Exportable at any time: raw and structured data, history, master data, and the description of your business rules. Automations, however, run on the platform and stop if you cancel.
